Vavada Official License

The Curaçao licence prohibits the provision of services to players from a number of countries.

Vavada does not accept users from the following territories: United Kingdom, Germany, Georgia, Netherlands, Curaçao, Islands of the Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba), Aruba, St. Maarten, Sint Maarten, Portugal, Slovakia, USA, France, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Lithuania, Spain, Cyprus, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Cuba, Syria, Slovenia, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Barbados, Botswana, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Fiji, Gabon, Guam, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Samoa, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Crimea, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria and other disputed territories not internationally recognised.

The list may be updated in accordance with the regulator’s requirements and the company’s internal policy.

If you find that Vavada violates territorial restrictions, you can file a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Commission. To do so, write to [email protected]. After inspection, if the violation is confirmed, the company may have its licence revoked.

The Curaçao Gaming Commission is not involved in the management of the Vavada website, does not own the brand and is not responsible for the company’s actions. All decisions regarding the operation of the site are made solely by Vavada B.V.

The logos, trademarks and trade names appearing on the site are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of these elements is only possible with the authorisation of the owner. Violation of this rule may result in legal liability.
